Dennis &
Sue Ricci's 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner.
We bought our 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner in 1995. At that time the seller told us the engine was rebuilt in 1989 and was cranking out about 500 hp. The car ran excellent for many years and was even elected as the club's unofficial "club car" during a rather rowdy car show in the Catskills.
In 2007 fellow club members started telling us to ride in the back of the pack because our bird was starting to spit a little smoke. We decided that an overhaul was due and over the winter months the project was completed.
In June of 2010 I added a power steering unit because my wife Sue said my muscles were getting to big to fit into my shirt. So the Armstrong power steering was replaced with something that will make my arms soft & supple again. Thanks Sue.
