Membership Forms

    To prospective members:

Each of the following forms is in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print out these forms. You should print at least one copy of each form for submission with your application. If you own more than one COMPLETED and DRIVABLE classic car, print as many "Member's Auto Profile" sheets as you need. Be sure to submit at least one good picture of each car. For pointers on car photography for the web click on "Photo-Ur-Car" from the left navigation menu. Digital photos with low resolution submitted on CD or emailed to the webmaster are preferred but a good quality 35mm photo, no larger than 4" X 6", is acceptable also.

When the forms are filled out, complete with photos, contact your sponsor and arrange to join them at our next meeting. Your sponsor will introduce you to the other members and will accept your application. We like to meet our applicants face to face. If the weather permits drive your classic to the meeting, we'd love to see it.
